O'Keeffe Cafe specializes in wine education. Monthly Tastings done blind by the class then scored on a 100-point system. Emerging Oenophile Course meets Wednesday evenings for 90 minutes--the course lasts 8 weeks--and covers basic viticulture, fermentation, barrel aging and tastings of the greatest wines from the major wine regions of France, Italy, California, Chile and Australia. Frequent Wine Dinners with famous winemakers presenting their wines, their stylistic aims and an in-depth examination of their microclimate.
