Strasbourg born and trained Executive Chef Laurent Rea employs classical French techniques but does not hesitate to source for the O'Keeffe Café menu ingredients from the entire culinary universe. He does restrain himself almost completely in the use of chilies which are anathema to a fine wine destination.
My own background involves importing and exporting some of the world’s greatest wines: bringing French and Italian wines to the US while based in New York and then exporting Napa Valley wines to 100 countries. I pledge that our 180 wines are chosen from the world’s top 2%. Over the last 25 years, the quality of international wine has surpassed by far all previous efforts. This is the Golden Age of Wine.
